Strategic Human Capital Consultant
Apply knowledge of strategic planning, human capital, organizational development, talent management, career development, workforce planning, competency management and workforce analytics. Develop and deploy change management strategies to include stakeholder management, communications, training and executive support. Translate human capital strategy into operating goals, processes, measures, and outcomes. Drive strategic and tactical human capital decision making and conduct trend analysis to measure ongoing results. Serve as a task lead or key contributor to client projects. Perform advanced analysis to produce actionable insights and apply knowledge of data analysis techniques to ensure the most effective analytical tools are used to interpret the data and provide a meaningful analysis. Support marketing activities, including whitepapers, proposals, and capability briefings focused on areas of Strategic Human Capital Management and develop, create, and update existing intellectual capital.

BA or BS degree in a related field; MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Public Administration, or a related field a plus
